While growth is a good thing, if it comes at the expense of customer service and quality, it will become a liability.  We want to grow, but our priority is to ensure the QUALITY of the Network and service remain priority #1.  This is why we continually encourage member feedback and hold in high regard your opinions and thoughts. Our technological services are a big part of GMS and excellence is what you expect and deserve.  Your business relies on it!  We take our IT services very seriously and invested tens of thousands of dollars in our servers, maintenance and web design services in 2005.  The investment was a good one!  Our servers were down for less than 6.5 hours total in 2005 and we upgraded both hardware and software multiple times throughout the year.  Every account now has the latest Anti-virus, Anti-Spam, lightning fast connectivity, and security back-up.  In short, your site is safe with GMS! GMS has both a marketing and technological responsibility to you.  We know you have many choices of where to allocate your hard earned dollars.  We hope you feel after analyzing our IT services, marketing services, networking opportunities, and the 1-on-1 availability and attention offered to every account, that we are putting those dollars to good use.
