Sounds easy..., but in business, it is easy to focus on "getting" new customers instead of making sure that the ones you already have are satisfied and enthusiastic about your business and your services.  Obviously, you can't please everyone, but be sure not to take your best customers for granted.  That is easy to do without knowing it. Our team works very closely together, but we are not perfect and have had to face the fire for internal mistakes.  How you correct those mistakes is really what customers watch out for.  One thing that we have found is that customers will remain loyal if you address their concerns and treat them with the respect they deserve.  After all, everyone wants to be treated with respect and courtesy.  Your feedback allows us to continually improve.  We thank you for that.

is a tradeshow during the game in front of over 8000 fans.  Dates are July 28th for the Networking Event & Aug 15th for

That's right!  The Business Card Exchange, catered by The Global Gourmet and hosted by The Spring Lake Manor was
akin to good friends getting together and breaking bread.  It really was a good time.  Many new faces were present as
The Network is always growing.  Be sure to stay tuned for the next event as it is always fun to be with you!

NEXT UP - Englishtown Raceway on July 23rd! Our National ambitions at Budds Creek didn't develop due to the new scheduling policy of the AMA. Basically, there is now a drawing for everyone outside of the top 20 riders in America.   Similar to a lottery.  We have a few more  Nationals to go, so we hope to get picked and will keep you posted. In the meantime, we raced at Miles Mountain in Northern PA and at Sleepy Hollow in Central PA during the month of June.   Brian brought home a 4th, two 3rd's, four 2nd's and two 1st place finishes as he tore it up! Little Marv had a pretty tough June.  He crashed in almost every moto.   We are having to work on his "staying under control" as he needs to ride with his head, not his heart!   "I need to ride smarter!" Marv said last weekend. Come visit us in the pits at Englishtown Raceway on July 23rd.

Attack the track and don't look back!  Brian did and didn't in June and it paid off!
