Sounds like an over simplistic answer right?
Truth is... Much of what we do each and every day has more to do with our
attitudes and outlook than it does
with the business environment as a whole. Let me give you a couple
examples...
I love sports and many business lessons can be learned from our champion
caliber superstars. Why can a batter
like Derek Jeter get hits in critical situations against the best
pitchers in the biggest games time after time and year
after year? It is his talent of course, but many ball players have
talent. It isn't luck. It is because of his attitude and
confidence. In short, his OUTLOOK. He believes he is going to
hit. Period. He visualizes success before it
happens. How many hits would he get if he didn't really believe he could
do it? Not many!
Michael Jordan said he had his opposition already defeated in his mind
before he ever stepped on the court. The
game was just simply acting out what had already taken place in his mind.
Now, it is easier said than done. Tough times do come. Just
because Jeter strikes out and Jordan didn't win every game or
make every shot, that didn't keep them from being winners overall.
How you react to the strikeouts and
missed shots is what matters.
I believe in teamwork. I believe in relationships and loyal
customers being the stabilizer during rough times. Reward
both! Work hard, keep your outlook positive and good things
will eventually happen. Attitude is critical.

This event sells out every year! 30 tables are available
and only 21 remain. The first game includes
networking & 4 tickets to the game. The next event is a tradeshow
during the game in front of over 8000 fans. Dates are
August 1st for the Networking Event & August 15th for the
Tradeshow. Both are
Fridays. Please RSVP if you want a table. GMS is
flexible on your payment month and split payment options to make it easy
for every member to participate. Simply email us and let us know if April,
May, June, or July works best for you and
you are in! In order to be fair to other members, all RSVP's are
final. There are no refunds, so please be sure you can attend
before reserving a slot.
