GMS = Word Of
Mouth!
|
| |
|
Large corporations with huge budgets don't depend
on
relationship building as much as the small business owner.
When was the last time you walked into a large department
store
and anyone knew you by name? If they did, it is
probably a
rarity at best. The reason is that large
corporations' objective is to service as many people as
possible at any given time. Nothing wrong with
that,
but that is not the small business owner's game.
Our objectives and goals are
reached by establishing solid customer
relationships. For
the small business owner, reputation is everything!
This fact
is a major asset and we should take
full
advantage of it in order to grow. We make
decisions
quickly, respond to market changes efficiently, and yes...
with
small businesses, you can actually get to meet and know the
owner! This is huge!
Ever meet the owner of a
mega
chain department store? Good luck!
Getting to
know
Barry is a primary reason for someone to do
business with you. People prefer to do
business with
those they know and trust. Putting your
face
behind your business is important.
GMS Networking events provide you with multiple
opportunities to do just that. Make sure you take
advantage of
this strategy!

#812, Brian Smith Clippin' the Doubles in
P.A.! |
PAGODA, SLEEPY
HOLLOW,
& FLYING DUTCHMAN!
Finaly the snow has stopped! 3 races in
April got our engines fired up and the strides
that
Marvin Ellis is making are quite incredible. The
intensity has picked up for him as he is now competing in
2
different classes and getting twice the racing time per
weekend.
This new class, called "Jr. Mini",
has
both 65cc and 85cc bikes in the same race.
Ages
are 7-11. Marvin, being 8 years old and on a
smaller bike
is still holding his own. (See image below).
Brian Smith, racing 250 Pro, hauled the freight as
well
bringing in a 2nd and 4th at Sleepy Hollow, and a 2nd and
3rd at
Pogoda Raceway!
Our next local race will be on
May
27th at Englishtown Raceway. Feel free to come down
and pit
with us for the day or just a few hours. It is a lot of
fun! |
